All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons other than quality issues.
Quality Issues
If you receive a product that has a defect in quality:

Please contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

Attach one or more clear images showing the quality issue.

After review, if the defect is confirmed, we will offer:

A replacement of the same product (subject to return of the defective item), or

A full refund, at your discretion.

Please note:
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition in order to qualify for a replacement or refund.
